  1. What is AI governance?AI governance lays out the foundational rules, the dos and don'ts, of what AI is allowed to do inside an organization. The result is an organization inherently governed by AI: quicker decisions, more agility, and a self-iterating, self-evolving, structured network of information processing.
  2. We already use Copilot, Gemini or ChatGPT. Do we have to start over?No. You don't have to start over. Most of our work makes the tools you already pay for more useful by giving them your firm's own knowledge and rules, so there is no new software for your team to learn.
  3. How long does it take to get AI working in our firm?A typical first rollout is scheduled over nine weeks, and many are delivered within about a month. Larger consulting engagements run 1 to 12 months. Work is phased, and your leadership approves each phase before the next begins.
  4. Do we have to start with Literacy?No. Literacy is optional. Some firms start with a workshop, some with a defined project, and some with a single pain point. We start where your firm actually is.
  5. Who owns our data?You do. Your data is a balance-sheet asset, and it serves your engagement only. We prefer Canadian hosting where it's available, and we tell you plainly where your information is processed.
  6. Will using AI lead to layoffs?Not through us. We don't advocate replacing people with machines, and we decline work scoped as “use AI to cut jobs.” The aim is to give your people back the hours lost to admin so they can spend them on the work only they can do.
