Aiyarise Intelligence Inc. was founded on a single observation: most AEC firms are navigating the AI landscape without a guide who understands their world. Software vendors want to sell subscriptions. Generic consultants recycle playbooks from other industries. Neither serves the AEC firm well.
Aiyarise provides the third way. We act as the Owner's Representative for AI — sitting on the client's side of the table, asking the hard questions, and building the governance infrastructure that transforms AI from a liability into a strategic asset.
We are fluent in the operational language of the built environment: RFIs, change orders, project delivery cycles, field-to-office disconnect, and the challenge of maintaining executive visibility across a distributed workforce.

The Name
WHY AIYARISE
Aiyarise carries the name of our founder's daughter, Aiya. One letter in her name was woven in on purpose: the i of artificial intelligence, for the generation she was born into.
Her generation will experience the world in ways no generation before it can fully picture. We treat that as a design requirement, not a footnote. The economic framework being built around AI right now is the one they will inherit, and we intend to help build it well.
That conviction shapes the daily work. Adopting AI is a human experience before it is a technical one. People walk away from new systems either empowered or quietly defeated, and the difference is rarely the tool. It is the care taken in governance, in change management, and in respect for the people doing the work. We build for the first outcome.
