What is AI governance?
AI governance lays out the foundational rules, the dos and don'ts, of what AI is allowed to do inside an organization.
The result is an organization inherently governed by AI: quicker decisions, more agility, and a self-iterating, self-evolving, structured network of information processing. This is the future of organizations.
What is an Owner's Representative for AI?
On a building project, the owner's rep protects the owner against everyone selling into the job. We play that role for AI: the other side of the table is the companies selling AI software, and we answer only to you.
Engagements are proposed in stages, so you decide at each step whether to go further. Consulting projects have an end date; Advisory is a retained, multi-year relationship. Either way, the aim is a firm that can govern its own AI.

The Name
NAMED FOR THE NEXT GENERATION
Pronounced eye-yah-rise
Aiyarise carries the name of our founder's daughter, Aiya (eye-yah), followed by rise. One letter in her name was woven in on purpose: the i of artificial intelligence, for the generation she was born into. We practice AI governance as stewardship: adoption people trust today, and systems the next generation will be glad to inherit.
