He has a proven track record of delivering excellence for sophisticated clients, most notably leading a complex renovation for the Department of National Defence and orchestrating a $6 million, multi-phase upgrade to a fully operational maximum-security prison. In this intense environment, he managed a 250-person interdisciplinary team through immense logistical and security challenges, solidifying his reputation as a master of complex systems and stakeholder management.
